Parish News for Trinity

June 12, 2025 by James Elston in Weekly News

This Sunday we celebrate God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit or the Holy and undivided Trinity. We were all baptised in the name of the Trinity and we affirm our faith in it whenever we make the sign of the cross. Click here to look up the scripture readings.

Music on Sunday
This Sunday the choir will sing the Missa Brevis by Palestrina.

Choral Evensong for Trinity Sunday
This Sunday at 5pm we will gather for worship and some glorious music at Choral Evensong for Trinity Sunday, followed by cake and wine. The programme includes Canticles in E minor by Heathcote Statham and Faire is the Heaven by William Harris. Offers of homemade cakes and helping with the bar will be gratefully received.
